Selektivní srdeční katetrizace – úloha sestry

Souhrn: Koronární angiografie v dnešní době patří i přes velký rozvoj neinvazivních zobrazovacích metod k nejpoužívanější invazivní metodě hodnocení stavu koronárního řečiště.Cílem sdělení je zhodnocení indikací vedoucí ke koronografickému vyšetření, intervence na koronárních tepnách a ošetřovatelská péče o nemocného: jeho příprava, monitorování v průběhu výkonu a péče po koronografickém vyšetření. Zhodnocení vývoje ošetřovatelské péče o nemocného, jeho příprava před vyšetřením, monitorace v průběhu vyšetření a po výkonu. Tento proces prošel od prvního provedení selektivní srdeční angiografie v sedmdesátých letech minulého století až po dnešní dobu řadou změn. Selektivní koronografie je invazivní vyšetřovací metoda, která nemocného nijak výrazně nezatěžuje. Naopak je komfortnější jak z pohledu nemocného, tak z pohledu ošetřujícího personálu. Velkým profitem je mimo jiné brzká vertikalizace nemocného po výkonu.

Selected Heart Catetrisation – the Role of the Nurse
Abstract: Coronary angiography, despite the large development of non-invasive imaging methods, is nowadays the most used invasive method for assessing the morphological and functional status of the coronary fluid. The aim of the communication is to evaluate the indications leading to coronary examination, intervention on coronary arteries and nursing care of the patient. His preparation, performance monitoring and nursing care after coronary examination. The result is an appraisal of the development of nursing care for the patient, its preparation prior to the examination, the monitoring of the patient during the examination and after the performance. This process has undergone a number of changes since the first implementation of selective angiography in the 1970’s to the present day. Selective coronography is an invasive investigative method that does not burden the patient. On the contrary, it is much more comfortable from the patient’s point of view. A great benefit is, among other things, the early verticalization of the patient after performance.
